Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DentiLoop's services, including our AI receptionist platform and local SEO services ("Services"). By signing a service agreement or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

DentiLoop provides independent dental practices with:

• A 24/7 AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls and delivers SMS notifications to dental office staff
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation services

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a DentiLoop client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Ensure that staff who receive SMS notifications have consented to receive such messages
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including HIPAA
• Not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

3. SMS Notifications

DentiLoop sends automated SMS messages to dental office staff as part of the AI receptionist notification workflow. By subscribing to this feature, you confirm that the staff members receiving messages have opted in to receive SMS notifications from DentiLoop. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

4. HIPAA and Data Handling

Where required, DentiLoop will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your practice prior to processing any Protected Health Information (PHI). DentiLoop implements safeguards consistent with HIPAA requirements for any PHI that passes through our systems.

5. Payment

Fees for Services are as agreed in your service agreement. DentiLoop reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All DentiLoop platform technology, branding, and content remains the sole property of DentiLoop. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and content.

7. Limitation of Liability

DentiLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. DentiLoop may suspend or terminate Services immediately for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
